Margins

Page margins should be one inch on each side. If your computer's measuring system is set in centimeters, set each side to 2.5 cm. To adjust the page margins, follow these 2 steps:

Step one. Press page setup under the file menu.

Step two. In the Page Setup dialog box, under the Margins tab, set all your margins to 1" (or 2.5 cm). Make sure the gutter is set at 0".
