Basic accounting terminology, financial statements, financial analysis, unique aspects of accounting for the construction industry, different methods of revenue and cost recognition, completed contract and percentage of completion methods, costs in excess and billing in excess, financial control of construction projects, risk-return relationship, budgeting for construction projects.
