Registration Fee
The fees should be paid cash at the Engineering Services Office or by check payable to AUC, letters of authorization from companies are acceptable.
Deadline for Application
Applications are accepted on first-come-first-save basis. Prospective participants are urged to apply at least two weeks before the beginning date of the course they intend to join.

Registration Time
For the Old participant 1-4 September 2008 and for the new comers 7 -11 September 2008 . From 9 am to 1.30 pm each day except Friday and Saturday. The Classes began at 20 September, 2008 and ended at 3 January, 2009
Refund and Drop Policy in the Professional Programs
1- REFUND POLICY:-
Engineers who wish to withdraw from Engineering services Courses or drop out of a course after applying or registering will receive a refund, according to the following schedule:
Before Classes Begins: All the tuition will be refunded
By the end of the first week of classes: 70% of the tuition will be refunded
By beginning of the second week: 50% of the tuition will be refunded
By beginning of the third week: No Refund
Refunds will be ready one month after returning the original receipt. In cases where Engineering and Science Services cancels a course, participants have the choice of either getting a 100% refund for their fees, or transfer the fees to another course during the academic year.
2- DROP OR ADD COURSES:-
The participant, who drops a class (stop attending the lectures or participating in exams) without informing the Engineering and Science Service Office, will receive an “F” as final grade for the course. The dateline for dropping a course and keeping the fees for the following semester will be on Saturday December 6, 2008 after that date he/she couldn't keep the fees.

ASME-AUC Courses
Registration Fee
The fees should be paid in cash at the engineering services office or by check payable to the American university in Cairo. Letter of authorization from companies are acceptable. ASME members receive a 10% discount.

Applications are accepted on first-come-first-save bases. Prospective participants are urged to apply at least two weeks before the beginning date of the course they intend to join.
