Objectives:
Produce an aiding tool to recognize and solve facilities problems to generate an
efficient plant facility, thus increase productivity through:
Detailed constraint analysis, aggregate planning and safety
analysis for the chosen plant.
Propose solutions for existing problems
Test feasibility of some proposed solutions from thesis 1
Apply Drum-Buffer-Rope principal which is logistical system with a finite
scheduling mechanism that contracts and balances the flow of the system.
Optimize MSCO material handling device
Develop an efficient re-engineering of MSCO's current facility plant.
Develop a PEP manual
