Objectives:
The thesis aim is modifying the existing Bread oven found in rural areas. The
thesis describes what the oven looks like as well as a brief description of the
oven. The thesis objectives are:
Reduction of Environmental Pollution
Produce efficient burning of fuel through staged combustion
Obtain Dynamically Symmetric oven
Suit Egyptian Domestics its needs
operate using Agricultural wastes either in its natural form in the form of
briquettes
Cheap
To be simple to operate
Achievements:
The oven was implemented theoretically and produced a 45% efficiency. Almost all
the objectives were met. The oven cost average of 40 L.E. The Fuel used is
Biomass fuel which is an organic matter available on a renewable basis. Biomass
fuel includes some Agricultural crop and wastes, animal wastes, wood, and
industrial wastes. The fuel was chosen to be less pollutant.
