“Folda” Carry and be carried

Objectives:

A vehicles less than 20 kg, compact when folded (less than 750X450X250mm) to be transported easily, engine powered, mounted and collapsed in less than 2 minutes, has acceptable speed (more than 20km/hr) and should accommodate a large percentile of the population(95^th percentile of male adult population).

Achievements:

Vehicle was done, technically feasible yet, it needed several modifications to be more efficient, more socially useful and less damaging to the environment.
