Objectives:
The aim of the
project is to increase the profitability of "SILA EDIBLE OIL Co." in order to
overcome its financial losses through the following channels:

Increasing the
production rate of the factory.

Identification of
components that have high depreciation factor localization
-
Localize the
manufacturing of vital mechanical components of the production machines in the
preparation area.

Analyze new methods
to increase the production rate in the preparation stage and implement
changeover strategy.

Improve the
efficiency of the expeller (press screw) by optimizing the geometry of the screw
shaft.
-
Manufacturing
modified expellers with new designs as experimental work, and document the
results of new designs.
