Dr. Rasha A. Abdulla won several prestigious
teaching and research awards in communication. Most recent is
the prestigious AUC Excellence in Research and Creative Endeavors
Award (May 2011). Dearest to her heart on the regional level
is the Mostafa and Ali Amin Journalism Award (1993), and on
the international level are the International Communication
Association Outstanding Teaching Award (2003), and the University
of Miami Research & Creativity Award (2003).
