Series IX: Writings--Muslim Architecture of Egypt Volume II (box 12)

Creswell’s book manuscripts and scholarly journal writings take both handwritten and typewritten/pageproof form, and contain sidebar notes, additions, and corrections from Creswell and his editors at Oxford University Press. The manuscripts include Early Muslim Architecture, Muslim Architecture of Egypt, and the Bibliography of Architecture, Arts, and Crafts of Islam. Many of Creswell’s scholarly articles and small bibliographies are some of the more valuable items of the collection.
