ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
Deadline to pay tuition and fees for Spring 2009 Semester with no late registration fees – Thursday, January 29, 2009
Starting February 1 through 5, 2009, students can still pay with a late registration
fee amounting to $ 170 or L.E. equivalent. If you do not pay by this deadline your courses for the Spring 2009 Semester will be deleted.

COURSES
Two New Law Courses offered in Spring 2009
- Globalization, Empire and the Law: LAW 570-01/IHRL 574-02
The course will be taught by Dr. Eleni Martsoukou; Mondays 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
- European Union Law: LAW 504 – the course will be taught by Dr. G. Parolin, e-mail: gparolin@aucegypt.edu; Wednesdays 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Bus Schedules for Spring 2009 Semester Effective Thursday, January 29
The regular bus schedule for the Spring 2009 semester will come into effect starting Thursday morning, January 29, 2009. (Until then, the bus service will continue to follow the Winter Session bus schedule). Click here for full details.

Update on New Cairo Campus Food Services
The Food Service Advisory Committee has been holding regular meetings and carefully addressing various concerns raised about the food outlets on the New Cairo Campus.
After AUC community members complained about high prices, the food committee conducted a comparative study and concluded that overall there is little discrepancy in food prices between the outlets on the New Cairo Campus and downtown, with the exception of the Egyptian fast food outlet, Omda To Go (OTG).
