Course Repeat Form
Undergraduate and non degree students repeating a course under the Course Repeat Policy should complete the Course Repeat Form which is available on the web site student.aucegypt.edu under Forms. The deadline is Wednesday, November 26, 2008. Course Repeat Forms will not be accepted after the deadline. Students who did not submit this form for courses repeated in previous semesters should be aware that the Office of the Registrar will no longer consider requests to apply the Course Repeat Policy retroactively.

Food Coupons Now Available
Coupons valued at LE 200 and redeemable at food outlets on campus are now available to all full-time students at the Student Service Center. Students can pick up their coupons according to the following schedule, organized by first name:
Wednesday, November 19 - Surnames A-B
Thursday, November 20 - Surnames C-I
Sunday, November 23 - Surnames M
Monday, November 24 - Surnames N, J, K, L
Tuesday, November 25 - Surnames O-R
Wednesday, November 26 - Surnames S-Z

Bus Pass Rebates
All students who purchased a bus pass this year are eligible to receive a LE 500 rebate. Students can receive the refund at the Student Service Center, based on the schedule outlined below. Students must show a valid AUC ID and bus pass. Refunds will only be given to the owner of the bus pass.

AUC Bus Involved in Accident
A Family Transport minibus with 22 AUC custodial staff as passengers was involved in an accident with a large truck on the Ring Road Saturday, November 15, at about 4:00 pm. Click here to read more.

Pay Per Ride Tickets for AUC Bus Service
In order to enable occasional bus riders to visit AUC’s New Cairo Campus, the bus advisory committee has decided to provide a pay per ride ticket service which will come into effect on Thursday, November 20. Tickets are now on sale.
We encourage all those persons who may wish to use the bus service on occasion, to buy pay per ride tickets. Click here to read more.

Bus Changes on R1, R6, R8, R9, and R12 Effective Sunday, November 23
It was previously announced that no more changes in the Family Transport bus service (routes, pick-up points, stops or schedules) were going to come into effect before December 1, 2008. However, in order to react and respond to the volume of requests submitted by riders, the bus committee has decided to implement the following changes without further delay. All these requests will be effective as of Sunday, November 23. Click here for details.

Prof. Akhavan is the President and co-Founder of the Iran Human Rights Documentation Centre in New Haven, Connecticut. He has served as the legal advisor to the Prosecutor’s Office of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia at The Hague (1994-2000). He also served as special advisor to the United Nations in Cambodia, Guatemala, East Timor, and Rwanda, and has represented states before international courts and tribunals, including Georgia in a pending case before ICJ.

Payment is non-refundable and should be made by Monday, November 24. Bus will leave on Friday at 9:00 am from Mohamed Mahmoud gate and will return on Saturday at 8:00 pm. Sign-up and pay for the trip to Sokhna in Room P094, Jameel Hall (BEC), between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. Personal Belongings Lost and Found on Family Transport Buses
All those personal belongings that are left behind on the Family Transport buses and found by the drivers will be brought to AUC's New Cairo Campus lost and found office, located across the parking lot at the roadside gate used by Family Transport buses.
