Objectives

The new campus is designed to accommodate 5,500 full-time students in addition to 1500 faculty and staff. It will be spacious, technologically advanced and environmentally sensitive.

The main objectives of the development of the new campus are to:
  • Alleviate overcrowding on AUC's existing campuses.
  • Provide new and improved facilities needed to support current and future teaching methods, curricula and educational technologies.
  • Improve on-campus life for students, faculty and staff.
  • Enhance AUC's contributions to Egypt and the region.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
The new campus will be fully handicapped-accessible. The development is in compliance with The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Unconstrained by limitations of space, the functional and
beautiful new campus will enable students and faculty to teach, learn, play, and interact in a setting whose quality will be second to none in Egypt and the Middle East.
