What sort of food services will be available for staff and faculty remaining on the downtown campus?
AUC's restaurant and cafeteria outlets, operated by United Enterprise Catering, currently available in the Main Campus building, the Falaki building and the Abdul Latif Jameel Management Center building on Greek Campus, will be extended for one more year.

If the daycare center on the new campus only opens August 15, where can I keep my daughter until it opens?
AUC does not plan to provide any alternative on- or off-campus daycare services between July 17 and August 17 as it will relocate from downtown to New Cairo.The new campus daycare center is schedule to open on August 17. Further information about the daycare center will be posted on AUC On The Move, as it becomes available.

Will there be people to show students around the new campus and maps available to direct them, when classes begin in the fall?
Campus maps of the new campus facility are already readily available at the Office of Communications and Marketing. The First Year Experience and the international student orientation programs will include campus tours for new comers to the new campus.AUC has been providing since last November weekly guided tours of the new campus in order for students, faculty and staff to get a sense of the scale of the construction project and start getting acquainted with the new 260-acre site.
