In less
than a month, AUC begins its move to
the new campus. The latest overall move
plan, listed by building, offers the
most updated preliminary move schedule.

updated move plan.
Some
changes in the move timeline have been
introduced since the first schedule
was posted in March. The spaces that
will be relocated as early as June 1
are the science building, the Main Library,
the Falaki Academic Center and the rare
books and special collections library.
The next
updated timeline, which will be posted
on the AUC On The Move web site, will
be organized by floor. Most of the departments
and offices are scheduled to move between
June 1 and July 31, with the exception
of the School of Continuing Education,
the Abdul Latif Jameel Management Center,
the law department, the Forced Migration
and Refugee Studies program, and the
AUC Press, which will remain downtown.
Carton
boxes have already been delivered and
distributed to the various departments
and offices to prepare for the packing
process, while move captains continue
to liaise closely with the Office of
Planning and Administration on the upcoming
move logistics and procedures.
