Offices
All the different offices housed in the Library, the Administration, and the Performing and Visual Arts buildings have moved. By next week, the offices of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences will also have completely relocated to the new campus.
Medical
The temporary medical office for emergencies is located in the Administration Building while the clinic is being completed. A physician and a nurse are available from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on weekdays. For more information, click here.
Food outlets
The Cilantro outlet located beside the Dr. and Mrs. Elias Hebeka Bookstore, is now open. Their working hours are 7:30 am to 4 pm on weekdays. They are closed on Friday and Saturday. They offer office delivery service. Their extension number is 1298. Three more Cilantro kiosks are expected to open soon, in the garden of the library, in the dining room of the food court, and the sports complex.
A Jared’s Bagels outlet is now operating on the garden level of the administration building, in Room GO28. They also offer office delivery. Their extension number is 4807. Currently their opening hours are from 9:30 am to 3 pm. Starting September 1, they will extend from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm on weekdays.
A Cinnabon outlet will open next week in the Core Academic Center, located in Bartlett Plaza.
An AUC Food Services Web site with all the details about the food outlets and services on the new campus is currently being finalized.
Banking
The CIB bank, situated on the Plaza Level of the Administration Building, is now fully functional. Their offices hours are from 8:30 am to 2 pm on weekdays. They are closed Friday and Saturday. Telephone numbers will be available at a later date. Three CIB ATM tellers, situated by the bookstore, the library, and the CIB bank, are expected to be fully functional by the end of next week. There will be a six-month overlap between the Tahrir and the new campus CIB branches, after which the downtown AUC branch will close.
