Freshman Composition and Research Paper

Prerequisite: ECLT 112. This course is a prerequisite for 300 and 400 level courses in all departments. Offered in fall, spring and summer.

Training in analytical reading, methods of research, and the process of research paper writing. Students will be responsible for producing a sequence of at least four research papers on related topics or on a common theme. Grading in this course is on a Pass/Fail system.

[The Noreen Teresa Anwar Prize for the best research paper in  ECLT 113  is a book prize to be awarded each semester to the winning student. Offered in fall  and spring.]
