Prerequisite: CENG 441. Offered in fall and spring.
Participants in a construction contract, contract definition, formation principles of a contract, performance or breach of contract obligations, analysis and comparison of the different kinds of construction contracts, bidding logistics, legal organizational structures, different types and uses of specifications, international forms of contracts utilized in construction.
