Survey of learning theories, individual learner styles and strategies, and the learning process. Examination and critical analysis of major approaches and methods of teaching foreign languages as related to learners' needs. Practicum component: (1) extensive observation, (2) some teaching supervised by the classroom teacher and University professor, (3) related assignments and professional activities, and (4) seminar. |
