Information and Communication technology are the backbone for every managerial function of the modern organization and are continuously being introduced into businesses to automate and link all the different functions together in an integrated way and to get information to decision makers at the right time and in the right format. This course provides a basic understanding of the integration of the IS application with the key functional areas: accounting, finance, marketing, production and personnel.
