Welcome to the Macro-Economics site

Under the sponsorship of the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), we have developed this site in order to study the impact of the macroeconomic policies on women with a special focus on Egyptian women. The site tries to assess how macroeconomic policies such as national budgets, economic reform policies, liberalization and structural adjustment programs affect women’s lives.
